AOP Bourgueil
The DUBOIS estate is located in RESTIGNÉ in Touraine in the Bourgueillois vineyard. The vineyard is made up of different terroirs:
● Graves (gravel terroir): this terroir produces supple, delicate, round and fruity wines to drink young.
● Les Tufs (clay-limestone): this terroir produces tannic, structured and age-worthy wines.
The vineyard planted on the different terroirs that make up our appellation, produces red and rosé Bourgueil cuvées.
All stages from production to bottling are carried out on the estate with respect for the environment.
1 single goal:
Producing a gourmet and quality wine in tradition and respect for the terroir
